I am researching the PETERCSAK and/or PATERCHAK names. There was a son, Peter born to Louis and Anna in Terre Haute in 1907 with the name Petershack on his birth certificate. Peter was a younger brother of my father-in-law. I have no idea why they were living in Indiana as my father in law was born in 1904 in St. Louis and the children after Peter were born in Dayton, Ohio and they then continued to live out their lives in Dayton.

I also have the SS-5 application for a Michael Joe PATERCHAK born in Terre Haute in 1910.......There must be a family connection as that is the spelling that my in-laws family has used.....If someone has any city directory or census information, I would be ever so grateful.
