raising of my little ones.
I also give and bequeath a sufficiency of my goods and chattles for her and
my little ones to work with and subsist upon and all the surplus property to
be sold by my executors as they may think best.
But if my wife shold marry again before my children become of age my
executors will not permit my children to remain with her any longer but will
take them and put them out in that way which they shall think best for them.
And further I give and bequeath to my sons Absalom Lee, Benoni Lee, Vincon
Lee and Joseph N. Lee equal devide of all my lands. Lastly as to all the
remainder of my personal property goods or chattles of what kind and nature
soever I give and bequeath the same to all my beloved children in an equal

should be any money left by me my executors will take it in possession and
lay it out in paying taxes and schooling my little ones, (??) as it may
appear best to them--They shall also see that no wast or trading of the
property left for the sue of the family be made only as directed by them.

Friends,
Does anyone know the year of birth and/or death for any of these men?
They were all early pioneers in what is now Hardin Co. If so, I would be
glad to hear from you, either on the list or you may reply to me
privately if you prefer. I'm new on the rootsweb.
